The best looking website in your industry, or you walk away.

WHAT GOES WRONG, AND WHAT I DO INSTEAD

Six promises, and every one of them is checkable.

Nearly four in five complaints about web agencies are about service, not design and not price. Ghosting, missed dates, no access to your own site, nobody answering after launch. So these are the six things I put in writing.

  1. 01

Your homepage, built before you pay a penny.

I build the real page, not a mockup, and you open it on your own phone. If it is not the best looking site in your industry you walk away and it has cost you nothing.

  2. 02

The price is on the page.

It is on the services page, in numbers, where anyone can read it. No quote theatre, no discovery fee, no invoice you did not see coming.

  3. 03

You own everything from day one.

Domain, code, hosting and analytics, all registered in your name at the start rather than at handover. Leave whenever you like and take the lot with you.

  4. 04

    Live in 14 days.

Fourteen days from the go ahead to a site that takes calls. You are not joining a queue behind someone else’s project, and the date is in writing before we start.

  5. 05

    A human answers.

Tom replies within one working day. No ticket number, no bot, no account manager relaying messages to someone you never speak to.

  6. 06

    Tracked to pay for itself.

Every call and every form goes on the record. One number a month that says how much work the site brought in.

A still from the Dinsdale Contracts film, shot on their night shift
FILM · DINSDALE NIGHT SHIFT

THE LAST ONE

Dinsdale Contracts. Surfacing, planing and haulage, filmed on their own night shift.

They resurface roads in the dark, so that is what the film shows. Work lights, steam off the planer, their own machines in their own yard. Three service pages, only the towns they actually cover, and the phone number set big enough to read from a cab window.

HOW IT GOES

Four steps, and you are only needed for two of them.

  1. 01

    A call, twenty minutes.

You tell me what you do and which jobs you want more of. I ask about the work you turn down.

  2. 02

    Your homepage, built.

I write it, film it and build it, then send you a link. This is the point where you decide, and it is still free.

  3. 03

    The rest of it.

Service pages, the words, the tracking and the search work. About an hour of your time for photos and answers.

  4. 04

    Live, then watched.

It goes live in your name. Every lead it brings gets counted from the first day.

    Day 14

WHAT IT COSTS

Two prices. Both of them are on this page.

£2,500

THE SINGLE PAGE

One page, one film, the whole pitch on a single scroll.

£5,000

THE FULL SITE

A page for every service you want more of, and the search work behind them.

That is the whole build price, paid once, and you see your homepage before any of it is due. After that, £1,495 a month if you want it watched, tracked and kept at the top. That part is optional, and stopping it costs you nothing because all of it is already yours. Everything that is in each one is on the services page.

Nothing is owed until you have seen your homepage.

MADE ONCE. MADE PROPERLY.

THE AWKWARD ONES

The questions people ask once they trust me enough to ask them.

What happens if you disappear like my last designer?

The domain, the code and the hosting are in your name from day one, so none of it sits behind my login. If I went quiet tomorrow any developer could pick your site up in an afternoon. And the part that usually goes wrong, someone answering, is a promise with a number on it: one working day.

Who owns the site if we fall out?

You do. All of it is registered to you at the start, not handed over at the end. There is no licence, no lock in, and no fee to leave.

Why £2,500 when I have been quoted £500?

A £500 site is a template you fill in yourself, and it looks like the other four thousand businesses filling in the same one. This is written around the work you want more of, filmed in your own yard, and tracked so you can see what it earns. If it brings you one extra job a year it has paid for itself, and you get to look at it in the meantime.

How do I know it is actually bringing me work?

Every call button and every form is counted. Once a month you get one number: how many people got in touch and where they came from. If that number is not moving we change the page, not the subject.

You use AI. Does that mean it looks like everything else?

AI does the heavy lifting, the way a nail gun does. The film, the words and the layout are decided by hand and no two builds get the same ones. The test I hold myself to is simple: if your site would look at home on any other business in your trade, I have not finished it.

How long does it take, and how much of my time?

Fourteen days. You give me one call at the start and about an hour of photos and answers. I write the rest and send it to you to approve.
